1. Privacy Policy & GDPR/HIPAA Adherence
InfynexaTech ("we", "our", "us"), registered at Calle Comercio, 11, 45001 Toledo, España, operates as a specialized Creative Studio bridging high-end motion design, visual effects, and health-tech digital craftsmanship. We respect your fundamental rights to data privacy under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and international Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) security standards.
Data We Collect:
- Contact metadata (name, corporate email, phone number) provided during consultation booking.
- Technical telemetry required to render high-performance WebGL graphics and bio-informatics dashboards.
- Secure transaction records processed through tokenized payment protocols.

2. Terms of Service
By accessing or commissioning motion design, 3D molecular modeling, or UI craftsmanship from InfynexaTech, you agree to bound yourself to these terms.
Intellectual Property & Licensing:
All visual assets, 3D render source files, and custom shader code created for clients remain governed by contractual work-for-hire agreements upon complete payment settlement. Pre-existing proprietary render engines and algorithms created by InfynexaTech remain our intellectual property, licensed non-exclusively to the client for digital deployment.
Governing jurisdiction for all contractual engagements shall strictly be Toledo, Spain, under Spanish law and European Union civil code standards.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the highly customized, labor-intensive nature of medical VFX rendering, bio-informatics graphic engineering, and custom studio craft:
- Initial Retainers / Deposits: Non-refundable once visual discovery and 3D wireframing milestones have been initiated.
- Milestone Payments: Payments associated with delivered design reviews are non-refundable once approved by client representative.
- Defect Resolution: If technical execution fails to meet HIPAA compliance or precise visual specs agreed upon in writing, InfynexaTech will provide 14 calendar days of dedicated studio revision at no extra charge.
